Elena has extensive experience planning and running global accelerator programs. She was the Head of Marketing at Startupbootcamp Smart Transportation & Energy in Berlin, Germany. Elena excelled at working with corporates such as Mercedes-Benz, Cisco, VINCI, Deutsche Bahn, and more to put on tailored accelerator programs.

Elena also worked for Rainmaking Innovation, an innovation consultancy and venture builder, to design bespoke startup programs for clients such as Facebook. During her time at Rainmaking Innovation, Elena was a part of the core team that launched Facebook’s Startup Station Singapore.
