Full Stack Engineer: Drive lah

We are a rapidly growing setup and hence need someone who brings with them high energy levels and can stretch themselves. We are looking for a versatile software engineer (MERN) comfortable with both frontend and backend development to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for architecting and new features, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. You will be working alongside a multicultural team and hence require good communication and team working capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering the new features and services for the Drive lah platform.

  • Understand the business and product objectives and translate them to great features and flows which users will love to use.

  • Work alongside a team of dynamic engineers who take pride in solving complex problems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in MERN Stack.

  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, ReactJS, NodeJS,)

  • Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, React, CSS and JavaScript

  • Experience with RESTful Web Services (JSON)/ XMLCreating secure RESTful-based web services. Also, creating Restful API

  • Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems like Git, BitBucket.

  • Basic cloud architectural knowledge of AWS is an added advantage
