TransTRACK.ID is a growing startup in Fleet Telematics industry, based in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya with holding company in Singapore, currently seeking a Hardware Architect. The role based in Indonesia with a main focus to ensure the suitable fleet telematics devices for customer needs, configuring telematics devices, device hardware and firmware quality acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with the proven ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of fleet telematics devices, configurations, firmware, products, and policies and apply knowledge

• Work with vendors and internal team members to troubleshoot devices, configuration, firmware, and software issues

• Conduct R & D, testing and provisioning of all fleet telematics and hardware products

• Document issues and the resolutions

• Identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiencies in department processes

• Conduct training with team members for fleet telematics devices

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience by engaging in process improvement initiatives and sharing ideas

• Maintain excellent relationships with departments interacting with fulfillment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering or relevant major

• 3+ years hardware system development experiences

• Solid knowledge of IOT architectures, know-how cloud system works

• A creative and curiosity way of working leading to continuous improvements, open-minded and willing to accept new challenges

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Self-starter and good analytic skills for improving process tasks and efficiency

• Must be able to handle interruptions and maintain focus

• Exceptional internal/external customer service skills required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required including ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

• Fluent in English communication
