TransTRACK.ID is a growing startup in Fleet Telematics industry, based in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya with holding company in Singapore, currently seeking Technician. The role will be based in Indonesia and will be responsible to develop and deploy strategies for scaling the operations facing significant growth over the next three years.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage GPS hardware device and accessories installations

• Provide technical support and maintenance

• Ensure installation quality as per company’s SOP

• Troubleshooting of devices and vehicles

• Training and guiding of junior technicians

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2 years of installation experience (GPS, Alarm, or Remote Car Start experience is preferred)

• Good attitude

• Good communication

• Customer-facing personality and professionalism

• Self-motivator who is good at working unsupervised

• Above-average installation skills and quality

• Team player

• Detailed and quality-oriented
