Sales & Client Success Coordinator

 

About the Role 

The Sales & Client Success Coordinator role supports the Accelerating Asia team to build new client relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprises, governments, universities, development organisations and more. You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager to drive business expansion throughout the Southeast and South Asian region and ensure that all our clients have an awesome experience working with us

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Source new revenue opportunities and support the Partnerships Manager drive them to close 

  • Support the management of the sales funnel, including researching prospects, generating and qualifying leads 

  • Assist with the writing and submission of grant applications, proposal development and tender applications 

  • Ensure that clients receive responses to their queries in a timely manner and have an awesome experience working with us 

What you bring to the table:

  • You have an incredibly high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills 

  • You’re a problem-solver and are comfortable working without much guidance and in an environment that can seem vague at times 

  • There will be a lot of writing so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must (by the way, one of our values is being upfront and honest)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (we aim to get back to clients within 24 hours of receiving their enquiry!)

  • You embrace digital tools and are comfortable with automating your workflow – this is important! At Accelerating Asia, we live on digital tools like ActiveCampaign, Anduin, Zapier, Slack, Notion, Xero and more.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or at a startup is a bonus
