About Arogga
Tells us about Arogga
We deliver genuine medicine, cheaper and conveniently to your door. We launched in December 2020, have an operating app and have achieved the following:
Fulfilled 3000 orders
$53k revenue
55% repeat customers
How was the idea for your startup generated?
We spotted a gap in the market and wanted to make an impact in the healthcare industry as it is fragmented and inefficient.
What problem are you solving?
Getting medicine is a time-consuming, frustrating customer journey where you need to visit several pharmacies in order to get all medicines on your prescription. What is worse, is that 20% of medicine in circulation in Bangladesh is counterfeit.
How does your startup work?
We have an app where you can select medicine, upload a photo of your prescription and place your order. Our in-house pharmacist checks your order, the medicine gets picked and packed, then your parcel is delivered directly to your door.
What’s next for your startup?
We will launch nationwide delivery soon and will launch the sale of higher-margin healthcare products, femcare, vitamins and gym proteins. Then we plan to launch doctor consultations and lab testing services.

We saw a gap in the market and decided to quickly take advantage of this. Our superpower is a combination of a great mix of skills in the Co-Founding team and our awesome tech team who have built a brilliant app.
Experience with the Amplify
Why did you join Amplify?
Following the interview application to the flagship accelerator program, my team thought the learnings would be really valuable to apply to our startup.
What was your biggest takeaway from Amplify?
The metrics module with Nesh is where I learned the most as well as great feedback from the pitching sessions.
What was the highlight of the program?
Meeting Nesh and Craig during the live sessions and having access to asking them questions.
What sessions did you find the most useful?
The pitching session and the feedback during it was the most valuable.
I took the feedback from the pitching sessions from both Nesh and Craig, applied to my pitch and deck and actually won the Tech in Asia pitch night recently! This has resulted in some amazing meetings with some investors already.
